At Wellen, we focus on exercises that are scientifically proven to improve bone health, including weight-bearing exercises, resistance training, and balance and posture exercises. These types of exercises improve bone density and reduce the risk of falls and fractures in people with osteopenia and osteoporosis. With a personalized fitness program from Wellen, you'll get safe, effective exercises that are tailored to your unique needs and goals.

What are Wellen workouts?

With Wellen, you can enjoy 30-minute workout videos that are tailored to your fitness level and preferences. Our expert instruction will guide you through each exercise with clear voice cues and demonstrations, so you can exercise with confidence and proper form. Best of all, you can complete these workouts from the comfort of your own home and on your own schedule.

What equipment do I need?

We believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, which is why we tailor our workouts to include equipment that you already have at home. You'll need a mat for floor exercises and a chair for some balance and seated posture exercises. Depending on the equipment you have available, we may also incorporate resistance bands, weights, a step or stairs, exercise balls, and stretching straps. Whatever your fitness level or equipment, we've got you covered.
