Our exercise programs are personalized, meaning we only incorporate exercises that include the workout equipment you have.
Our workouts require a mat for floor exercises and a chair for some balance and seated posture exercises. Shoes are optional and can be used if desired during specific exercises. Depending on the exercise equipment you have, resistance bands, resistance band loops, free weights, a step or stairs, exercise balls and stretching straps may also be incorporated into your program. You will be prompted to select which equipment you have prior to your first workout.
