What are Wellen workouts?

Wellen creates personalized fitness programs that are safe for people with osteopenia and osteoporosis and designed to help you meet your goals. We incorporate exercises that work on strength, balance, posture and flexibility. Our workouts are specifically designed for women over 50, with a focus on bone health. 

Our expert health and medical advisors work with us to ensure that we are applying the latest clinical guidelines and scientific research so that we can best serve your needs.

What equipment do I need?

Our exercise programs are personalized, meaning we only incorporate exercises that include the workout equipment you have.

Our workouts require a mat for floor exercises and a chair for some balance and seated posture exercises. Shoes are optional and can be used if desired during specific exercises. Depending on the exercise equipment you have, resistance bands, resistance band loops, free weights, a step or stairs, exercise balls and stretching straps may also be incorporated into your program. You will be prompted to select which equipment you have prior to your first workout.

What are the membership offerings?

We currently offer monthly and quarterly (3-month) membership plans.
